- WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM PERIOD I CAN RENT A WHEELCHAIR?
At any one time, the maximum period is 3 months. You may inform us if you wish to extend the rental period.
- CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?
Yes. If you have a doctor's appointment or any other occasion which needs some planning in advance, you can call us to place a reservation. There will be a $20/- deposit fee for reservation. This amount will be forfeited if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start date of rental.
- WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED TO EXTEND?
You have to call us at least 2 days in advance to inform us if you wish to extend your wheelchair rental.
- WHAT IS YOUR CHANGE POLICY?
All our wheelchairs are in good condition and will undergo thorough checks before renting it out to you. In the event that the wheelchair becomes faulty, we will assess the situation and will do our best so that you will be able to use the wheelchair in the period that you need it. Hence, all checks and verification pertaining to wheelchair conditions should be done on collection.
- CAN THE WHEELCHAIRS FIT INTO TAXIS, BUS & TRAIN?
All our wheelchairs are foldable and compact.
- CAN WE CARRY THE WHEELCHAIRS ONTO PLANES?
Yes. They do not count the weight of the wheelchair into your baggage allowance.
